PURPOSE OF POSITION
The position is in charge of the image perceived by clients of FF’s product or service through online channel mainly. S/he will be responsible for developing custom marketing and advertising strategies, creating designs/layouts of media outlets, writing pitches and blog posts to various audiences, as well as oversee and recommend the best advertisement placements and come up with budget that associated with branding. S/he will be responsible for managing relationships with influencer or other relevant parties to ensure brand consistency across multiple channels. Apart of that s/he also initiate and manage CSR.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Branding
- Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
- Conduct brand audit by evaluating the brand image from customer by using digital tool such as Google analytic, Google capsule, or Facebook insight.
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Creative Multi Media and Online Channel Management
- Create designs/layout of media outlets
- Writing pitches and blog posts to various audiences
- Mange all FF online channel and social media (Website, Facebook, YouTube…)
- Liaise and coordinate with printing house or advertising agency to ensure all materials are delivered on time with acceptable quality.
- Photo and videography
PR and Event Management
- Plan, organize, execute and manage events including tradeshows, client and partner events, industry events, sales training sessions and other corporate events;
- Lead and make sure the event run smoothly.
- Manage relationship with influencer or relevant parties
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field.
- At least 2 years of similar experience in a Digital Marketing or branding
- Ability to develop brand and marketing campaign and communicate recommendation to management or executives.
- Excellent understanding of the full integrated marketing communication especially Digital marketing.
- Up to date with latest trends and branding best practices for online channel.
- Good in design skill and other multi-media software for communication material development and AI tools.
- Good analytical skill on performance metrics and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies, making data-driven decisions for future initiatives.
- Experience in identifying target audience and devising effective campaigns.
- Ability to manage the team and project management.
- Demonstrate high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness.
