PURPOSE OF POSITION
The primary purpose of this position is to lead and manage a high performing, compliant, ethical and efficient branch with the highest levels of accountability, customer service and employee retention, engagement and satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop projection plan
- Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
- Meet goals and metrics
- Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
- Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
- Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
- Ensure that loan defaults and loans at risk are minimized
- Address administrative and general business operations
- Prepare regular loan pipeline report and submit regularly.
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Degree in a related discipline business management, finance or related.
- Two years of experience in a similar role.
- Effective communication skills, negotiations skills, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- High level customer service skills and sales skills.
- Risk Management.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good command of Khmer and English (both read and write).
- Demonstrate high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness.
- Takes ownership and accountability for results.
- Fiscal Responsibility/Initiative/Thoroughness.
- Commitment to the First Finance goal, mission and values.
